Interactive
Website, applications, and digital signage are considered interactive media. With a combined 40 years of honed user experience expertise, professional education, and advertising agency experience we utilize many skills to create an impeccable flow toward a desired call-to-action.
Interactive Process
Discovery
First, we collect the content that is already available. Then, we review what competitive organizations provide and how they organize that content through similar channels. Through conversations with stakeholders, we determine the call-to-action priorities and which tools or technologies will need to be integrated.
Strategy
Once we have a clear awareness of the desired goals and priorities, and content needs we create a suggested site architecture outline which we refine with the client.
The end product will be a living website that not only presents
information but also integrates into all social channels for
cohesive communications.
site architecture will ensure that the
information the viewer seeks is readily found and understood. A modern and responsive website with intuitive navigation works equally well on all devices and applications.
Our Expanded Process
Discovery
The first step involves really getting to know you, your organization, and your audience. This involves meeting with stakeholders, conducting research, and really drilling down to the core of how you want people to see you.
Strategy
Once the discovery is complete, we will develop a strategy unique to you. We’ll present what we feel is most important to communicate and suggest tactics for how it can be expressed throughout your different brand channels.
Identity Package
Once we’ve collaborated in defining your new brand strategy, we will move into interpreting your brand characteristics in a more visual way.

Comprehensive Brand Guidelines
Once these steps are complete and you have signed off, we’ll develop brand guidelines for you. This is your PDF handbook for how to properly express your brand: where and how to use the logo, colors, fonts, and just as importantly, how not to use them, in order to consistently communicate your messages.
