Alex Villegas, BFA, is a Creative Director who has excelled in some of the nation’s largest ad agencies, where he’s led creative campaigns for companies like American Airlines, Toyota, Nationwide Insurance, Bell Helicopter, and Coca-Cola. His work has won national and international awards and has been featured on CNN, Fox News, Fast Company, and Time.
He has over 20 years of experience conceptualizing and designing cross-media campaigns for interactive, social, print, broadcast, outdoor, environmental, direct marketing, and guerilla advertising.
Alex Villegas is also a shamanic practitioner and trauma coach. He is the founder and executive director of FirstMemory, a diverse collaborative of professionals dedicated to the integrative and holistic treatment of personal and collective trauma.

Desiree Saltkill focused her creative energy for more than a decade working for the largest privately-owned advertising agency in the Southeast, building upon a previous decade in sales. She has a unique understanding of marketing communications and a natural tendency to innovate.
With an integrated marketing approach, she draws upon Spiral Dynamics (a study of human development) and her shamanic training to formulate powerful strategies that also benefit clients and the world.
Desiree is also an experienced nature mystic, personal trainer, nutrition coach, biohacker, and ceremonialist specializing in personal empowerment.
